Accordingly, the Dak Nong Provincial Blood Donation Club under the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee has the function and task of propagating and mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, workers and members who are eligible to participate in voluntary blood donation when needed.

The Club has the function of advising the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee to organize and maintain the Club's activities; annually advising the Steering Committee to supplement and adjust the list of Club members.

The Steering Committee is responsible for compiling the list and submitting it to the Head of the Steering Committee to issue membership cards when directly donating live blood, red blood cells, and white blood cells.
