On the occasion of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, on the afternoon of January 16, Colonel Vu Van Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command (CHQS) led a working delegation to visit and inspect the production situation, people's lives and a number of units and enterprises in Nghi Son town.

At Nghi Son town martyrs cemetery, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command and members of the delegation came to offer flowers and incense, expressing gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Visiting and wishing a happy new year to the staff, experts and employees of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Company Limited, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command congratulated the company on its production and business results achieved in the past year, and at the same time hoped that the company would continue to achieve outstanding results in production and business activities in the coming time. On the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command wished all staff, experts, engineers and employees of the company good health, happiness and new successes in the new year.

Next, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Huu, No Giap 2 residential group, Nguyen Binh ward; wished longevity and presented a birthday card from the President to Mrs. Le Thi Phot, who turned 100 years old, in Yen Cau residential group, Binh Minh ward and wished a happy new year to exemplary families of policy beneficiaries. The Commander of the Provincial Military Command inquired about their living conditions, wished the families a new year of peace and prosperity, continued to promote the revolutionary tradition, and be a solid spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to learn and follow.

Working with the Standing Committee of Nghi Son Town Party Committee, wishing a happy new year to the officers and soldiers of Nghi Son Town Military Command, Nghi Son Port Border Guard Command, Hai Hoa Border Guard Station and Squadron 2 under Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested Nghi Son Town to prepare well plans to ensure security and order; pay attention to and take care of people's lives so that people can enjoy a safe and warm New Year. Immediately after Tet, deploy the plan to carry out the socio-economic development tasks in 2025, prepare well for the military handover ceremony and personnel work for Party congresses at all levels.

He requested that each officer and soldier of the units continue to promote high spirit and responsibility in performing their duties. In addition to the task of protecting sovereignty, security of sea borders, national territorial sovereignty and security, the forces need to heighten vigilance, do a good job of patrolling, controlling, detecting and handling acts of smuggling and trade fraud at sea. At the same time, do a good job of controlling ships and boats operating in the sea to ensure safety.
