Previously, on January 15, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang as Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (at the time of announcement, he was holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel).
