On August 19, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) announced the launch of the UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang project (training and research facility in Khanh Hoa).
The project is built on a 2.1-hectare campus in the North Hon Ong School, Training and Vocational Training Area (Nam Nha Trang Ward) with a total investment of 294 billion VND. The project has an optimal - modern - dynamic - green and sustainable architecture, a training scale of 2,000 students, 90 working places for staff and lecturers, and many spaces for research, creativity, and community connection.
The dormitory is designed to accommodate 376 boarding students, creating convenient and cohesive learning and living conditions.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.

UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang is positioned with 3 main tasks: Training high-quality human resources, meeting the needs of economic and social development of the region; Researching and transferring practical solutions, serving sustainable development; Connecting the network of scholars, students, and businesses at home and abroad.
Previously, UEH has put into operation and training at Vinh Long branch.
Khanh Hoa province currently has the following higher education institutions: Nha Trang University, Khanh Hoa University, Pacific University (not including universities belonging to the military sector) and branches of Ton Duc Thang University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry.
Before UEH, a number of universities have promoted the establishment of branches in Khanh Hoa, including: Ho Chi Minh City University of Law; University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University).
