On the afternoon of April 17, the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Long province had a meeting with voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, with more than 150 voters from 3 communes: Hoa Tinh, Long My, My An (Mang Thit district).

Attending the meeting with voters were: Member of the Party Central Committee - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission - Bui Van Nghiem; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Long province - Nguyen Thi Minh Trang; Chief of Office of the Traffic Safety Committee of Vinh Long province - Nguyen Thanh Phong.

At the meeting, delegate Nguyen Thanh Phong informed voters about the expected program and content of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly - opening on May 5, 2025 and closing on the morning of June 28, 2025. This is considered the longest session ever.

The National Assembly delegation of Vinh Long province met with voters in Hoa Tinh commune (Mang Thit district).

At this session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; consider and pass 30 laws and 7 resolutions; give opinions on 6 draft laws; consider and decide on socio-economic issues, the state budget, supervision and other important issues...

Mang Thit district voters expressed their high agreement with the very important contents expected to be considered and resolved in the 9th Session. At the same time, voters also sent recommendations related to agricultural and rural development, procedures for implementing policies for people with meritorious services, war invalids, and martyrs...

On behalf of the delegation, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission - Bui Van Nghiem acknowledged, clarified and informed more about the Party's policies and the State's laws in the coming time, aiming at the goal of taking good care of people's lives, developing the country to become more and more prosperous, entering the era of national development.

On this occasion, the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Long province presented 10 gifts to disadvantaged policy households in Hoa Tinh, Long My, and My An communes. Each gift is worth 500,000 VND.
