The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was established under Decision No. 760, dated February 5, 2025 of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, with a total of 42 party members.

In which, the Party Executive Committee was appointed with 7 comrades; comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was appointed as Party Committee Secretary; comrade Pham Hong Quang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was appointed as Deputy Party Committee Secretary.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc also appointed a Party Committee Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades with comrade Pham Hong Quang as Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.
