Announcement of the decision to transfer comrade Cao Thanh Hai to hold the position of Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee

At the conference, comrade Phan Van Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced Decision No. 1848-QD/TU (dated February 21, 2025) of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on agreeing to allow comrade Nguyen Cong Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Duy Xuyen district to retire according to Decree No. 177 of the Government from March 1, 2025.

At the same time, comrade Phan Van Binh announced Decision No. 1855-QD/TU (dated February 25, 2025) of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on transferring comrade Cao Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to work at Duy Xuyen District Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and holding the position of Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from March 1, 2025.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of comrade Nguyen Cong Dung during more than 36 years of work, especially during his tenure as Chairman of the District People's Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the Duy Xuyen District People's Council.

Comrade Cao Thanh Hai was born on June 26, 1981; hometown: An Phu commune, Quang Ngai city, Quang Ngai province. Date of joining the Party: November 10, 2007, official date: November 10, 2008.

Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Administration; Master of Public Management. Political theory qualifications: Advanced. State management qualifications: Senior Expert; currently holding the rank of Senior Expert.

* Working process of comrade Cao Thanh Hai:

- From November 2004 - October 2005: Working contract at the Office of People's Council & People's Committee of Ba To district, Quang Ngai province.

- From November 2005 - February 2007: Recruited as a civil servant through an exam and assigned as a general specialist at the Office of the People's Council & People's Committee of Ba To district, Quang Ngai province.

- From March 2007 - June 2011: Specialist of Personnel Organization Department, Organization Board of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee. Studied Advanced Political Theory at Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, Region 3 - Da Nang (From August 2009 to July 2010).

- From July 2011 - September 2013: Deputy Head of Personnel Organization Department, Organization Board of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.
