Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Hanoi City Police, said that in an era of strong technological development, digital transformation is no longer an option, but a mandatory requirement.

With that spirit, Hanoi City Police have been promoting the implementation of technological solutions, especially the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in management, operation and ensuring social order and safety.

The leader of Hanoi City Police also said that the "Digital Literacy for the People" movement is not simply a training program, but a revolution in thinking and action to popularize digital skills for officers and soldiers.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung directed that units need to clearly define the roadmap and tasks and have flexible - creative - practical ways of working, turning learning digital skills into a regular task, closely linked to practical work and serving the people.

In addition, leaders must set an example; each officer and soldier must both learn and pass on to their teammates, while supporting people, especially the elderly and the disadvantaged, to access online public services more easily.
