In his report to introduce the workshop, MSc. Dung Van Duy, Vice Principal of Lam Dong Provincial Political School, emphasized: One of the key contents of the topic is to research and evaluate the effectiveness of the model of teaching ethnic minority languages in the community and propose a plan to transfer and replicate the model in a suitable, feasible and sustainable manner to serve the long-term work of preserving and promoting the language, writing and traditional culture of ethnic minorities in Lam Dong province.

This is a topic of profound theoretical and practical significance, contributing to concretizing major policies and guidelines of the Party, State and province on ethnic work in the new situation.

At the workshop, representatives of departments, branches, researchers, teachers, managers, language and ethnic culture experts, and ethnic minority language teachers in the province focused on assessing the current situation and effectiveness of the ethnic minority language teaching model in the community; evaluating the model, building a team of teachers, compiling documents, and integrating it into ethnic minority language teaching.

At the same time, assess the impact of learning ethnic languages on the awareness of preserving traditional cultural identity and preserving and promoting the spoken and written languages of ethnic minorities in the province; analyze the conditions for effective and appropriate model transfer...

Thereby, proposing solutions and policy recommendations to create favorable conditions in terms of law, finance, human resources and communication to ensure that the preservation and development of ethnic languages becomes an essential, long-term part of the province's ethnic policy.
In addition, the presentations also opened up new perspectives, which are practical and valuable in guiding the teaching of ethnic minority languages and the methods of transferring and replicating the model of teaching ethnic minority languages to ethnic minorities in the community.

Thereby, contributing practically to the preservation of national cultural identity and effective implementation of ethnic policies of Lam Dong province in the new period.
