This afternoon, September 30, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize a conference to exchange information between science and education sectors, deploying tasks for the last months of 2024. Since the beginning of 2024, Party committees and Party organizations of the science and education sector have organized the study, research, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the resolutions of the 13th Party Central Committee. Organized political and ideological activities on Party building and rectification and the political system to implement Directive No. 05 "on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

Deploying the study and research of the 2024 theme of Quang Tri province "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on preventing and combating corruption and negativity" and organizing a wide-ranging political and ideological activity through studying, researching and introducing the article "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, contributing to improving the level of political theory, creating a positive change in awareness and action to build clean and strong Party organizations, agencies and unions.

Continue to implement in depth Resolution No. 35 of the Politburo on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation". Cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of departments and branches in the bloc have shared and spread positive information, participated in orienting public opinion, fighting against and refuting erroneous and hostile arguments.

At the conference, representatives of the science and education sectors focused on discussing and orienting the key tasks of studying, researching, thoroughly understanding, propagating and organizing the implementation of resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Party and the State in accordance with the reality of each sector, field, unit and locality. From there, lessons were drawn, good and effective practices were implemented in practice and recommendations and proposals were made to the Party and the State to resolve difficulties and shortcomings to better lead and direct the implementation of science and education sectors.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam suggested that the science and education sectors pay attention to reviewing the goals and targets for implementing the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress to find solutions to achieve the highest results; at the same time, evaluate and analyze, closely follow the progress of the process of building documents for the 14th National Party Congress and the 18th Provincial Party Congress to proactively orient the activities of their sectors.

For the sector's targets that are difficult to achieve in this term, it is necessary to assess the causes, explain, and draw lessons to build targets and goals to be included in the draft documents of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring that they are close to reality and local characteristics.

Continue to promote learning, research, understanding, propaganda and organizing the effective implementation of the resolutions of the 13th Party Central Committee; research many creative ways to re-edit valid documents, summarize issues of concern in the way of reading books for friends, thereby applying propaganda more effectively in practice.

Focus on digital transformation in disseminating the implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions. Have effective, creative solutions to organize the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws, suitable for each sector and local practical conditions.
