Along with that, Nghe An Provincial Police will perform well in state management of security and order, which has been recognized and highly appreciated by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security. Administrative reform continues to be promoted to the grassroots level with many practical measures and solutions,... With outstanding achievements, in 2023, 688 collectives and 2,546 individuals of Nghe An Police were commended by all levels and sectors. 2023 is the 9th consecutive year that Nghe An Police has been honored to receive the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Prime Minister and 8 consecutive years leading the entire police force in administrative reform. Notably, on February 7, 2024, Nghe An Provincial Police was honored to receive the President's Decision to confer the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces"

Implementing a peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes during the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, after a month and a half, Nghe An Provincial Police have investigated, discovered, and arrested 1,716 cases, 2,246 subjects committing crimes of violating social order; illegally buying and selling and transporting drugs; storing, transporting, buying and selling firecrackers, wild animals, minerals, etc. "The Board of Directors and officers and soldiers of Nghe An Provincial Police are very honored and proud to welcome the working delegation led by the Chairman of the National Assembly to visit, wish a happy new year and encourage the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024", Colonel Bui Quang Thanh shared.

The National Assembly Chairman also expressed his impression of Nghe An Provincial Police for their determination in staff work; the efforts of the entire force in the "lightning-fast" achievement of building 3,553 houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the area. The important contributions of Nghe An Provincial Police have contributed to the great achievements in the socio-economic development of the country in recent times. The National Assembly Chairman emphasized: Nghe An is the province with the largest area in the country, with a land border of more than 468.281km and a coastline of 82km, especially an important and strategic area for security and order of the whole country, with many potential risks and dangers that may occur, therefore, Nghe An Provincial Police need to further promote their spirit, responsibility, and determination to strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
