[Update] - Emotional military handover ceremony in localities

Today (February 14), more than 4,000 young men of military service age in Thanh Hoa province officially left for their training units to start a new chapter in their lives. In order for the military handover ceremony to be truly solemn, touching, and inspiring, localities and units in the province have made the best preparations. Before the military handover ceremony, many meaningful activities took place to encourage the new soldiers and their families. And today, in this solemn ceremony, provincial leaders and provincial-level sectors went to the localities to directly witness the military handover ceremony, sending the new soldiers off to their glorious missions.
