Working delegation No. 9 led by comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, worked with the Party Committee of Nam Dan commune to grasp the leadership and organization of the implementation of political tasks after the merger and arrangement of administrative units in the commune. Immediately after the two-level local government apparatus came into operation, the Party committees and authorities of the communes focused on leading and directing timely and proper operations; ensuring working conditions for officials and civil servants and receiving and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. At the same time, they focused on preparing for the Party Congresses of the communes for the 2025-2030 term.

Local leaders also proposed that the province provide financial support for communes to implement key economic and social development projects and plans; allocate funds to repair and upgrade office headquarters; build public housing for officials and civil servants from other communes to work in the locality, etc.

Concluding the working session, the heads of the working delegations praised the efforts of the leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the communes who quickly followed up and caught up with the work after the merger; hoping that local officials would overcome difficulties, promote a sense of responsibility, ensure the smooth operation of the apparatus, and best serve the needs of the people and businesses.
