Diversified cultural and historical tourism products
According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, before the April 30 and May 1 holidays and in preparation for the 2025 summer tourism peak, many stimulus activities have been implemented by localities and businesses.
Many localities and tourism businesses have organized stimulus programs, discounts, and promotions for products and services during the holidays and summer of 2025 such as: 2025 tourist attraction incentive program "Quang Nam - Green Heritage"; special tourism stimulus program "Hanoi people and tourists experience services at 4-5 star hotels in Hanoi"; 2025 tourist attraction stimulus program "Enjoy Da Nang - Multiple experiences".
In addition to renewing existing products, during the holiday, localities and businesses introduced many new attractive products such as: Tuyen Quang launched the product "Discovery Journey" in Na Hang. Mong Cai (Quang Ninh) announced the underwater entertainment area at Tra Co National Tourist Area. Lang Son announced a 2-day, 1-night tour program for tourists using a passport to enter and exit between Lang Son (Vietnam) - Bang Tuong (China); Con Son - Kiep Bac (Hai Duong) built 4 heritage journey tours; Binh Dinh organized a trial train "Cultural Journey to the Land of Martial Arts"...

Especially on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of national reunification, many businesses have created many unique tourism programs such as: "From Mau Than to the great spring victory" tour of Chim Canh Ban Travel Service Joint Stock Company; "Legend of the heroic commandos of Sac Forest - Steel Land - Copper City - Ho Chi Minh City" tour of Vietluxtour; "Journey of Memories" product of Vietravel; Saigontourist launched a special tour called "50 years - Return to the beloved South"...
Assessing tourism activities during the holiday, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Ha Van Sieu said that most localities and businesses have proactively developed and implemented measures to ensure security and safety of tourism activities, food hygiene and safety, and to prevent unfortunate accidents and incidents.
However, Mr. Ha Van Sieu also commented that during the holiday, there were still local traffic jams at some tourist destinations and on national highways. Some tourist accommodation establishments canceled rooms booked by guests through hotel booking platforms; suddenly raising room rates during peak periods left a bad impression. Ensuring environmental sanitation and collecting waste after events and activities at some tourist destinations were still limited.
