Passion explodes at the 2025 National Children's Football Championship Finals

The final round of the Nestlé MILO Cup 2025 National Children's Football Tournament (U11) opened in Da Nang, bringing together 16 excellent youth football teams. The tournament marked 20 years of Nestlé MILO fueling passion for Vietnamese youth football.

On the morning of July 22, at Quang Nam Stadium (Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City), the Final Round of the National Children's Football Tournament (U11) Nestlé MILO Cup 2025 officially opened in a vibrant and passionate atmosphere. Attending the opening ceremony were writer and journalist Nguyen Phan Khue, Editor-in-Chief of Thieu Nien Tien Phong and Nhi Dong Newspapers, Head of the Organizing Committee (OC) and Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Secretary General of VFF, Co-Head of the Organizing Committee.

This year's tournament brings together 16 of the best teams in the country, including: Nam Dinh, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Hai Duong, Thai Binh , Lang Son, Bac Ninh, Viet Hung Thanh Hoa, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, T&T VSH, Quang Nam, Dak Lak, Rosarock Ngoc Hung, Binh Duong, Becamex Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The teams will compete from July 22 to August 1 to find the champion of the 11-year-old group.

In his opening speech, writer and journalist Nguyen Phan Khue shared: "This is not only an annual sports tournament, but also an inspirational journey, where dreams take flight."

Writer and journalist Nguyen Phan Khue, Editor-in-Chief of Thieu Nien Tien Phong and Nhi Dong Newspapers, gave an inspirational speech to the young players at the opening ceremony.

2025 also marks Nestlé MILO's 20-year journey with Vietnamese youth football through the "Dynamic Vietnam" program. This year's tournament set a record with 54 teams and more than 1,000 young players participating in the qualifying round.

Right after the opening ceremony, the opening match between host Quang Nam and Lang Son took place excitingly, ending with a 2-1 victory for the Northeast team.

The organizing committee presented souvenir flags and sent wishes for fair play to the children's football teams participating in the final round.

The next matches of the tournament will continue to take place at Quang Nam Stadium, promising many beautiful moves and inspiring stories from a generation of young players with great potential.
