Through the inspection, the delegation assessed: The Naval Region 5 Command has thoroughly grasped and seriously and strictly implemented the management of the quantity and quality of weapons and combat-ready equipment; done a good job of propaganda and education to raise awareness and responsibility for officers and soldiers in the management, exploitation and use of weapons and technical equipment; maintained order and effectiveness of the preservation, maintenance and repair of technical equipment according to decentralization.
