According to the Vietnam Studies Center (Center), speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of the Thailand - Vietnam Friendship Association, highly appreciated the cooperation with the Center in short-term Vietnamese language training for Thai students.

Mr. Sanan Angubolkul said that this cooperation is one of the important tasks in the development strategy and an important mission of the Thailand - Vietnam Friendship Association, with the goal of developing the potential of Thai human resources, equipping them with basic language skills to access the Vietnamese labor market. He believes that with close cooperation between the two sides, the set goals will be achieved.

At the ceremony, Assistant Professor Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, Rector of Ratjabhat Udon Thani University, said that this cooperation program is a driving force for the Center for Vietnamese Studies to implement more specific and practical programs. Thereby, it contributes to strengthening the friendly relationship between the University and state agencies and enterprises of both Thailand and Vietnam.

On this occasion, the Thailand-Vietnam Friendship Association will award 3 scholarships, each worth 50,000 baht, to Thai students who wish to attend a short-term Vietnamese language course at the Center. After completing the course, students will be sent to Vietnam to continue studying Vietnamese for a month.
