On the same day, the delegation went to Chung Son Temple - the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh's Ancestors to offer flowers and incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh's contributions, to express gratitude to his parents, his relatives, and the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.

Minister of Public Security To Lam and the delegation also attended the program of presenting gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers Ho Thi Tu and Tran Thi Em; relatives of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers: Pham Thi Tam and Ho Thi Cot; presenting gifts to 14 wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families with outstanding meritorious services; and examining, treating, and distributing medicine to policy families and poor households in Nam Dan district. The delegation also presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the Commune Police with difficult circumstances under the Nghe An Provincial Police.
