Apple cake with fresh cream recipe

Simple but harmonious ingredients:

- 350g fresh apples (200g diced, 250g sliced for decoration)

- 50g melted butter

- 100g brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 160g flour, 20g cornstarch, 7g baking powder

- 60ml whipping cream, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- A little lemon juice and salt to balance the flavor

How to make standard fresh cream apple pie

Mix the sliced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning. Beat the eggs, whipping cream, vanilla and salt until light and fluffy, then mix with the dry flour. Add the diced apples to the mixture, pour into the mold, and arrange the apple slices on top. Bake at 165 degrees C for 70 minutes.
