Medical examination, health consultation, and free medicine distribution for people in Nhon Mai commune are part of the program of combining military and civilian medicine to take care of people's health until 2030 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 545/QD-TTg dated April 29, 2022; The plan for combining military and civilian medicine activities in 2025 was approved by the Ministry of Health in Decision No. 1291/QD-BYT dated April 16, 2025.

Implementing the program and plan, on July 7, 2025, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command issued Plan No. 2796/KH-BCH, organizing medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for people in Tien Phong and Nhon Mai communes in 2025.
