In the joyful atmosphere of the National Great Unity Day, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh, delegates and people of Quang Xa quarter reviewed the 94-year history of the establishment and growth of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the results of building the great national unity bloc, implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements.

Quang Xa Quarter has 484 households with 1,907 people; there are currently no poor or near-poor households in the quarter. Cultural families reach 98%, sports families reach 93%, and families with “Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children and grandchildren” reach 100% of the total number of households with elderly people.

Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" associated with the campaign "Thanh Hoa city people speak good words, do good deeds, act friendly", the Party cell and the neighborhood front work committee have, together with the people of the neighborhood, always maintained a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals, following the models: "Civilized funeral", "Civilized wedding", "turning waste into money", "5 no, 3 clean"... Patriotic emulation movements are maintained regularly, environmental sanitation work is organized and maintained by security teams on Saturday and Sunday mornings every week... As a neighborhood with a historical and cultural tradition, the people in the neighborhood are always united and diligent in labor and production, currently the average income reaches 97 million VND/person/year.

In a joyful atmosphere, full of solidarity, speaking with the cadres, party members and people of Quang Xa quarter, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh emphasized: President Ho Chi Minh pointed out: "Thanks to the strength of great solidarity, the revolution will succeed, thanks to the strength of great solidarity, the resistance will be victorious. Great solidarity is an invincible force". President Ho Chi Minh's ideology of great national solidarity has become a valuable cultural and political value of Vietnam in the new era. Organizing the Great National Solidarity Festival in residential areas has become a cultural beauty, a festival of the entire people. The purpose of the festival is to build, consolidate and promote the people's mastery; strengthen the strength of the Great National Solidarity bloc and enhance the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new era.

After listening to the report on the results of building the great national unity bloc, implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in Quang Xa residential area, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, unity, joint efforts and consensus under the leadership of the Party Cell, residential area and the Front Work Committee of the Residential Group that has been achieved in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, cadres, party members and people of Quang Xa residential area would continue to unite, promote the achieved results, and strive to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized residential area. In particular, the Party Committee, the Government, the Fatherland Front, the mass organizations of Thanh Hoa City, Dong Ve Ward and especially the Party Cell and the Party Cell of Quang Xa Residential Group continue to thoroughly grasp, implement and strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on "Strengthening the great national unity bloc", creating high unity in awareness and action, mobilizing the strength of the entire political system and all classes of people in the area, successfully implementing the political, economic, cultural - social, national defense - security tasks of the locality.

In the immediate future, focus on doing a good job of propaganda, dissemination and preparation for the successful organization of the Party Congress of the Residential Groups according to the direction of the superiors; deploy political and ideological activities, practical tasks, towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Continue to innovate the leadership methods of Party committees and authorities, create clear changes to improve the quality of people's lives, strive to build a stable and gradually developing economic life for households, and have more and more well-off and rich households in residential areas.

Cadres, party members and people actively participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; the focus is on implementing well the Campaign "All people unite to build civilized urban areas" associated with "City residents speak good words - do good deeds - act friendly", in which, it is necessary to start from the smallest actions, creating clear changes to complete the targets and tasks in 2024 and the following years.
