Specifically, on April 24, the Investigation Security Agency - Hanoi City Police issued a Decision to prosecute a criminal case, a Decision to prosecute the accused, and a Detention Order against Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1973; residing at Room 11B09, Twin Tower Building, No. 265 - Cau Giay, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi; Occupation: Head of the Legal Department - Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) for the crime of "Intentionally disclosing State secrets", as prescribed in Article 337 of the Penal Code.
