(DN) - On the afternoon of July 23, Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station said that storm No. 3 had just dissipated when this afternoon (July 23), a tropical depression appeared near the East Sea with a strong intensity of level 6, gusting to level 8, and is forecast to strengthen into a storm.
