Today, October 18, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a ceremony to receive software for theoretical training and updating knowledge for cadres and party members on the internet, transferred by Center 386, Command 86. Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam; Political Commissar of Center 386, Command 86, Colonel Tran Viet Ha chaired the ceremony.

In recent times, Center 386 and Command 86 have coordinated to support and assist Quang Tri province in building software, implementing the work of studying, researching, disseminating and propagating the implementation of Party resolutions; protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against the plots and wrongful tricks of hostile forces against our Party and State in cyberspace.

In 2024, Center 386 supported the transfer to Quang Tri province of software for theoretical training and updating knowledge for cadres and party members of target 5 on the internet, contributing to accelerating digital transformation in propaganda activities.

It is expected that in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department will continue to research and order Center 386 to develop software to train theory and update knowledge for subject 4.

In addition, Cam Lo District Party Committee was selected as a pilot to implement digital transformation, deploy updating and learning, and thoroughly grasping new Party documents from the central to local levels for each subject, thereby expanding throughout the province.

At the ceremony, Center 386 coordinated with the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to sign a memorandum of understanding to transfer software for theoretical training and updating knowledge for cadres and party members on the internet in the coming time.

Recognizing the achievements, the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to the collective of Center 386, Command 86 and Colonel Tran Viet Ha, Political Commissar of Center 386, Command 86 for their outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution 02 dated November 4, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation of Quang Tri province by 2025, with a vision to 2030.
