After nearly 1 month of construction, the house was completed, ensuring compliance with the model house prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security , with a width of 4.5 m, length of 12 m, total cost of more than 105 million VND. Of which, the Ministry of Public Security supported 60 million VND, the remaining amount was mobilized by the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors, Agribank branch in Ca Mau province to sponsor the construction.

In Ca Mau province, this is one of 29 houses that the Ministry of Public Security has supported with funding to remove temporary and dilapidated houses for members of the Association of Former Police Officers; it is expected that all remaining houses will be handed over before August 15, 2025.

Colonel Le Tan Vinh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the Decision to hand over the house to Mr. Nguyen Binh Em.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Tan Vinh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, said that in recent times, the Ca Mau Provincial Police have actively and effectively implemented the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for members of the Association of Former Police Officers . As soon as the Ministry of Public Security issued a policy, the unit mobilized officers and soldiers to participate in supporting many working days, helping members in the process of building and repairing houses.

He affirmed that the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for members not only shows the affection and gratitude of the police force towards previous generations of officers, but also contributes to poverty reduction in the locality. The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department expressed his hope that the local government will continue to pay more attention and support to members with difficult economic circumstances, helping them to rise up in life and not leaving anyone behind.
