On the afternoon of December 7, the Provincial Military Command held the closing ceremony of the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest in the provincial armed forces in 2023.

The jury of the competition assessed that the teams proactively selected, developed scripts, collected documents, actively practiced, and participated with the correct and sufficient members according to regulations, creating an exciting atmosphere for the competition.

In the introduction round, the teams introduced the traditions of their hometown, unit, outstanding achievements in mass mobilization work,... in the form of dramatization.

In the knowledge and situation handling section, many teams had good knowledge of the Party and army's mass mobilization work; applied theory well to the practice of the army, units and localities when conducting mass mobilization work...

In the competition to promote typical models of activities, many teams have paid attention to investing, coordinating with participating sister units, preparing well scripts, props, staging elaborate skits, in line with the theme of propaganda, mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, policies and plans for socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security of local Party committees and authorities; "Skillful mass mobilization" models of the unit; propagating the positive deeds of cadres and soldiers carrying out mass mobilization work in the activities of "Repaying gratitude", selecting and calling citizens to join the army, poverty reduction work, and eliminating social evils.

As a result, the jury awarded first prize to the Hoa Dat Muong team (Nho Quan District Military Command); the Song Bien team (Kim Son District Military Command) and the Song Trinh, Nui Bang team (Yen Mo District Military Command) won second prize; the Quyet Thang team (Yen Khanh District Military Command) and the Song Van team (Ninh Binh City Military Command) shared third prize; the remaining 4 teams won consolation prizes.
