The North remains cold, some places below 11 degrees Celsius

According to the forecast, on February 26, the Northern region will have rain in the morning, light rain, then rain in some places, very cold weather, the lowest temperature from 13-15 degrees Celsius, some places will have temperature above 18 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on February 26, the North will continue to experience severe cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.

The area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan , the Central Highlands and the South will have rain, showers and thunderstorms; thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rain may cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas.

At sea, the sea area east of the North East Sea has strong northeast wind level 6, Huyen Tran has strong northeast wind level 6.

Day and night of February 26, the sea area east of the North East Sea, in the morning there will be strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough sea; from noon and afternoon the wind will gradually decrease; waves 3-5m high.

Offshore waters from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau have strong northeast winds at level 5, sometimes at level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough seas; waves 2-4m high. In the western waters of the South China Sea (including the western waters of Truong Sa), strong northeast winds at level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas; from night the wind gradually decreases; waves 3-5m high.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by cyclones, strong winds and large waves. Risk level of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea: level 2.

- Lowest temperature from 17-20 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 25-28 degrees Celsius, some places above 29 degrees Celsius.

Southern Vietnam

- Cloudy, sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night. Northeast to East wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature from 23-26 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.
