7 Su-30MK2 fighters and 7 Mi helicopters practice in the sky of Hanoi

On November 25, 7 Su30-MK2 fighters and many Mi helicopters conducted practice flights in the sky around Gia Lam airport (Long Bien, Hanoi). This is an activity to prepare for the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024. The flight formation consisted of 7 Su30-MK2 fighters and 7 Mi helicopters, flying in 2 groups.

Previously, Major General Le Quang Tuyen, Deputy Director of the General Department of Defense Industry, said that the 2nd Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 will take place from December 19 to 22. According to Major General Tuyen, the exhibition area has a total area of ​​over 100,000 square meters with an indoor display area of ​​15,000 square meters and an outdoor area of ​​over 20,000 square meters.

Regarding the booths at the exhibition, according to Mr. Tuyen, up to now, there have been nearly 200 domestic and foreign units and enterprises from 27 countries (Vietnam, Russia, UK, France, Spain, USA,...) registered to participate. The exhibition will be open to the public for free from 1:00 p.m. on December 21 to December 22. It is expected that about 60,000 people will visit the exhibition.
