"Especially, on the occasion of the anniversary of the first victory - the milestone that started the glorious tradition of "winning" of our Navy, we appreciate even more the feelings that the young generation on the mainland has for the homeland's sea and islands. This is the symbol of the continuation of the tradition of the Great Rear - the Steadfast Frontline", said Colonel Nguyen Xuan Dung.

These letters will be transported to Truong Sa by the 146th Naval Brigade via ships. Upon arrival, the letters will be handed to officers, soldiers and people on the island.
