Binh Dinh is one of the localities with a stable number of visitors in the country. Of the 5 million arrivals, the province welcomed 80,000 international visitors. The largest revenue was from food and beverage, reaching more than 5,200 billion VND, accommodation reaching 4,700 billion VND, sightseeing and entertainment reaching 2,600 billion VND. The remaining revenue came from tourism, transportation and other services.

According to the Department of Tourism, this is a positive result, coming from the province's continuous research and development of many new tourism products and the renewal of existing products. Binh Dinh also implemented many festival programs, joint activities, promotions, and collaborations with airlines, travel agencies, and large tourism corporations. A typical example is the Binh Dinh tourism festival in 2023 with the theme "Quy Nhon - Sea Paradise - Brilliant Colors". Of which, the music festival night alone attracted 40,000 participants, 3 times higher than in 2022.

Binh Dinh has also become the destination of a series of large-scale events. The VnExpress Marathon Sparkling Quy Nhon race attracted 11,000 athletes and tens of thousands of relatives and families to the coastal city for tourism and sports in early summer. Other notable activities include the Miss World Vietnam contest, the international hot air balloon festival, the Central Ethnic Culture Festival, the international sailing competition, etc.

In 2024, the province aims to welcome 5.5 million visitors, with pure tourism revenue of VND18,000 billion. In particular, the locality expects the number of international visitors to increase, especially when reaching an agreement to resume direct flights from Incheon (South Korea) to Quy Nhon from early 2024. Two international water sports competitions, the F1 H20 powerboat race and the Aquabike professional water motorbike race, are expected to attract a large number of international visitors to Binh Dinh in early 2024.

In addition, the locality continues to link activities, promote tourism, and introduce products with other provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho with the desire to attract domestic visitors from these dynamic cities.
