On the morning of September 28, the second mock "Children's National Assembly" session opened at the National Assembly House, with the participation of 306 delegates who are outstanding young pioneers from 63 provinces and cities across the country.
Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the "Children's National Assembly" Le Gia Vinh said that during the 1.5 working days, from the morning of September 28 to the end of the morning of September 29, the second session of the "Children's National Assembly" will consider many important contents.

The National Assembly will discuss the Government's report on assessing and supplementing the results of the implementation of the work of "Preventing and combating school violence" and "Preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in the school environment"; and propose directions for implementation in the coming time.
The National Assembly will listen to a report summarizing opinions and recommendations from "child voters" and the people sent to the second session of the "Children's National Assembly"; and consider a report on the results of monitoring the settlement of recommendations from "child voters" sent to the first session.
In addition, the "Children's National Assembly" will question and answer questions on the issues of "Prevention of school violence" and "Prevention of the harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in the school environment".

The "Children's National Assembly" will also consider the draft Resolution on questioning activities at the second "Children's National Assembly" session - 2024.
"In a short time, the "Children's National Assembly" considered many important contents with the workload of the second "Children's National Assembly" session being relatively large," Chairman Le Gia Vinh shared.

In the afternoon session on September 28, the "Children's National Assembly" will discuss in 12 groups with 2 topics: "Preventing school violence" and "Preventing the harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in the school environment".
