Economic development, population growth and improved living standards have boosted the demand for diversification of F&B products, the food industry and food services in Vietnam. This creates a strong driving force for the food and beverage ingredients industry to continuously develop, creating new and unique products to meet consumer tastes.
In 2023, the revenue of the food and beverage industry rose to third place in Southeast Asia, after Indonesia and the Philippines. This development not only contributes to ensuring food security, but is also an important driving force for economic growth, creating more jobs and enhancing national status.
FI Vietnam is expected to be an ideal trade exhibition for innovation, education and cooperation, contributing to promoting the development of the food and beverage ingredients industry not only in Vietnam but also in the ASEAN region due to the presence of leading experts in the industry and the best innovators in the ASEAN region.
