In the first phase of 2024, units in the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard have done well in combat training and political education, especially training and combat readiness; training new soldiers; ensuring training preparation, building a complete system of documents, and organizing training according to the set plan. At the same time, in political education, ideological management, and internal protection, 100% of cadres and soldiers achieved good ideological results and 100% of units were politically safe and units effectively implemented the work of building discipline, managing discipline, etc.

Training results in phase 1 of 2024, 100% of units achieved good results. In the 2024 military shooting competition, Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard won second prize for the whole group; third prize for the whole group in the National Defense Sports Festival and the Volleyball Festival for the whole force.

Also at the Conference, delegates seriously pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in training, formalization, discipline management and proposed directions, tasks and main solutions in phase 2 of 2024.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Cong Tuan, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard emphasized: In recent times, the training work of building discipline and managing discipline of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard has had many outstanding achievements, demonstrating the attention of Party committees and commanders at all levels in disseminating and implementing and the high sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers of the units, contributing to the successful implementation of all assigned tasks.

The Provincial Border Guard Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in training and competing in the 2024 National Defense Sports Festival and the 2024 Military Shooting Festival.

Colonel Nguyen Cong Tuan requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement resolutions, directives and regulations of superiors on training, building discipline, and discipline management; focus on leading to improve the quality of activities of organizations in the unit, directing activities towards implementing training contents, building discipline, complying with the law, discipline and ensuring safety. Integrating training contents, building discipline, and discipline management with promoting emulation movements and campaigns, especially the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and the Campaign "Promoting the tradition of talent dedication, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers".

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in training and competing in the National Defense Sports Festival for the entire force and the Military Shooting Festival for the entire force in 2024.
