The Department of Construction assigns the project investor (Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company) to take full responsibility for the completeness, accuracy and honesty of information related to the project as prescribed in Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business.

Before officially opening for sale, the investor is responsible for fully disclosing information about the project and the real estate put into business, in compliance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023. In case the investor mortgages part or all of the project/house, the mortgage must be released before signing the sales contract with the customer.
The first payment for a house purchase must not exceed 30% of the contract value (including the deposit), the next payments must be consistent with the construction progress but the total must not exceed 70% of the contract value when the house has not been handed over to the buyer and must not collect more than 95% of the contract value when the buyer has not been granted a certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to the land according to the provisions of the law on land.
The project of the Trade Center - Hotel - Housing Complex invested by Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company started construction on March 11, 2025. With a usable area of up to 42,645 m2 , the project is expected to become a modern urban complex of Dak Lak province.
Upon completion, the project is estimated to have a population of about 2,400 people, with about 835 units built, including 122 townhouses; 558 mixed-use buildings (commercial services - hotels - apartments) and 155 social housing units (apartments).
