Although there are still many difficulties in the process of operating a new operating model, but through many working positions, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Luu Loc - Deputy Commander always considers the difficulties as a lesson in courage and creativity for himself in his military life. In his assigned position and responsibilities, he always builds a specific work plan, outlines scientific and reasonable tasks to avoid overlap in the implementation process.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Luu Loc said: The CHPTKV is a new model of the army, the process of putting it into operation still encounters certain obstacles and difficulties, especially the coordination regulations with local Party committees and authorities. However, we always determine that the more difficult it is, the more we must try and be more determined. After more than 1 month of operation, the unit has also begun to get used to the tasks and work of the new model and also believes that in the coming time, it will continue to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.

According to the assigned area, the CHPTKV 1 - Huong Tra Board is responsible for the area of ​​20 commune-level administrative units with mountains and seas. The unit has proactively arranged and stabilized the workplace and living space, built a regular agency so that all activities are smooth and rhythmic from the first day. The unit has deployed the development of working regulations, assigned tasks in the command board and agencies, built a system of combat readiness documents, plans for stationing troops, strict guarding...; focused on maintaining troops strictly implementing the regimes and rules; organized training marches, helping officers and soldiers improve their physical strength, endurance, and mobility to meet the requirements and assigned tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thanh - Commander of the Regional Military Command 1 - Huong Tra shared: Although it has only been in operation for a short time, the Regional Military Command 1 has gradually stabilized and promoted its effectiveness in performing its functions and tasks. In addition to strictly maintaining the duty regime and practicing combat readiness plans, the unit has established 5 teams, each team has 5-7 officers to the Military Commands of wards and communes to guide and assist in local military and defense tasks, especially in developing defense combat documents. The Military Commands of 20 communes and wards are basically stable in the initial phase of implementing 2-level local government.

The Party Committee and the Military Command Committee of the 1st Military Region - Huong Tra have been and are continuing to lead and direct the unit to make efforts and determination to overcome all difficulties to successfully carry out assigned tasks; making an important contribution to building the all-people national defense, the all-people national defense posture associated with the people's security posture, and maintaining an increasingly solid defense area.
