On September 28, 2023, in Hanoi, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Construction Trading Corporation (WTO) with Leben Community Vietnam Co., Ltd. and YMTribe Joint Stock Company of Japan; and the exclusive distribution agency of CT1 Kim Chung - Di Trach with Century Real Estate Joint Stock Company (CenLand). This signing ceremony marked a long-term strategic cooperation relationship between the parties.

Attending the signing ceremony were leaders of WTO Corporation and leaders of the companies: Leben community Vietnam, YMTribe, CenLand company.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Huynh Xuan Nhan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Construction Trading Corporation said: "WTO strongly believes and expects that the real estate products and service quality provided by WTO in the coming time will bring satisfaction, comfort and happiness to investors and customers.

At the same time, we hope to affirm the WTO brand in the market, create a new look with quality works and projects to beautify Hanoi, contributing to building the capital and the country to become increasingly prosperous and strong."

According to the cooperation agreement between the parties, Leben community Vietnam will become a consultant and manager of apartment projects, including: Hi Mark building at Hinode City project (No. 201 Minh Khai street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi) and CT1 building at Hinode Royal Park project (Kim Chung - Di Trach commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi).

By signing this memorandum of understanding, Leben community Vietnam will be responsible for considering WTO as a priority partner and using its best resources and systems to provide consulting services and management of apartment buildings in the two projects according to international standards.

Mr. Okonogi Kohei, Director of Leben Community Vietnam Co., Ltd. emphasized: “With the cooperation with WTO, we will continue the plan to recruit and develop human resources through regular and continuous training to promote management quality and provide Japanese standard quality services suitable for each customer at Hinode City and Hinode Royal Park projects.

By providing apartment management services using the know-how acquired in Japan, we hope to create a comfortable living environment, increase the value of our customers' and investors' assets in particular, and improve the standards of apartment management in general."

Along with that, WTO Corporation and YMTribe Joint Stock Company also signed a cooperation agreement on Supermarket - Trade business management for the Hinode City project and CT1 building - Hinode Royal Park. With many years of experience and multinational operations in training, coaching, and providing human resources in many fields such as: hotel management, spa business, retail business, F&B business, YMTribe Company will focus on sending human resources with deep expertise in the field of restaurant business, commercial centers to work for WTO in the process of designing, constructing and putting into operation the Commercial Center at the Hinode City project and CT1 building at the Hinode Royal Park project.

It is known that Leben Community Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the management and operation unit of the first 100% Japanese-owned building in Northern Vietnam, belonging to Leben Community Japan Joint Stock Company.
