On March 12, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1419/QD-UBND on authorizing the Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs to decide on the settlement of a number of administrative procedures under the authority of the Chairman of the City People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs is authorized to decide on the settlement of 5 administrative procedures in the fields of Labor, Wages and Enterprises under the decision-making authority of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, including: granting licenses for labor leasing activities, extending licenses for labor leasing activities, re-issuing licenses for labor leasing activities, revoking licenses for labor leasing activities, and withdrawing deposits of labor leasing enterprises.

The authorization period is from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 380/QD-UBND dated January 19, 2024 of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on authorizing the Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to decide on the settlement of a number of administrative procedures under the authority of the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
