On the evening of June 15, the second night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2024 with the theme 'Natural Masterpieces' took place with the competition between the American and Italian teams. The Italian team opened the night with a performance called "The Radiant Universe: Symphony of Lights". Having won the DIFF two years in a row in 2017 and 2018, the team brought experience and understanding of the audience to their performance. The Italian team’s performance, themed “The Radiant Universe: Symphony of Lights,” brought a magical, sparkling night to the people and tourists of the coastal city of Da Nang. With the background music of Vietnamese hits such as “Emperor” by Dinh Dung and “Cát Đôi sầu” by Tang Duy Tan, the team’s performance left the audience in awe and delight from the start. With exquisitely designed fireworks shooting into the sky, creating the shape of blooming flowers, green grass and shimmering white clouds. The audience seems to see a watercolor painting of beautiful Vietnam, where nature and people blend into one. As the rhythm changes more strongly, each burst of fireworks also explodes like storms in the wild nature. The splendid fireworks in the sky, reflecting many colors on the water surface, like a natural kingdom alive from day to night. Each performance of the Italian fireworks team delighted visitors. No less impressive, the US team delivered an unforgettable fireworks display, a sophisticated blend of violin, rock, EDM, jazz and pyrotechnics. The performance titled “Humanity - Bridge between nations” with the presence of a series of giant fireworks and bright colors brought excitement to the audience. The space by the Han River lit up, the atmosphere in the stands was continuously pushed to a climax with each high-altitude fireworks display to the vibrant EDM music. Each cluster of fireworks has its own meaning, painting a diverse picture of human experience. The Han River sparkles on weekend nights with fireworks from both teams, bringing many emotions to visitors. The next performance night of DIFF with the theme “Magical Love” will take place on June 22 between the German and Polish teams.
