Attending the two conferences were 260 delegates, including representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and heads of mass organizations, cadres and civil servants of Ta Cu Ty commune; village party cell secretary, village chief, head of the village Front work committee, police officers, village team leaders, prestigious people, village elders, clan leaders and representatives of many families in the commune.

At the conferences, delegates were informed by representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission about the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and the province for ethnic minority and religious areas. In particular, focusing on informing and disseminating guidelines and policies on ethnic and religious affairs and the results of implementing ethnic and religious policies in the province at present; the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period; the National Target Program on New Rural Development and Sustainable Poverty Reduction; basic contents on implementing democracy at the grassroots level in implementing national target programs for the 2021-2025 period; Propaganda and mobilization of people to reform backward customs, build cultural life in residential areas and raise vigilance, fight against activities that take advantage of ethnic and religious issues to divide the great national unity bloc.

Thereby, orienting the work of mass mobilization, religious work, and propaganda for grassroots cadres, at the same time contributing to raising awareness and strengthening the trust of ethnic minorities in Ta Cu Ty commune in the leadership of the Party and State.
