At the meeting, delegates also reviewed and approved many important resolutions on contents such as: budget adjustment and allocation, public investment capital, national target programs; regulations on land, public assets, and tuition fees.

The meeting also dismissed 7 members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term due to being assigned other jobs by competent authorities and retiring.
