In 2024, Duy Tan University will continue to have 4 subject combinations for admission to the medical major, including B00 (math, chemistry, biology), A16 (math, natural science, literature), D90 (math, natural science, English), and D08 (math, biology, English). This year, Vo Truong Toan University will also continue to enroll in the medical major with combination B03 (math, biology, literature) in addition to the combinations B00 (math, chemistry, biology), A02 (math, biology, physics), and D08 (math, biology, English).

Nguyen Tat Thanh University only considers admission to block B00 for medical and public health majors. For the remaining majors such as pharmacy, nursing, medical laboratory technology, rehabilitation technology and hospital management, candidates can use up to 4 subject combinations, including A00 (math, physics, chemistry), A01 (math, physics, English), D00 (math, English literature), D07 (math, chemistry, English), D08 (math, biology, English), in which hospital management major considers admission to block C00 (literature, history, geography).

14 health majors (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, traditional medicine, medical testing technology)... of Hong Bang International University all use 4 methods for admission, including A00 (math, physics, chemistry), B00 (math, chemistry, biology), D07 (math, chemistry, English) and D08 (math, biology, English).

In 2024, Tan Tao University will also consider recruiting literature subjects for the medical field, which is group B03 (math, biology, literature) in addition to subject groups A02 (math, physics, biology), B00 (math, chemistry, biology) and B08 (math, biology, English).

Phan Chau Trinh University recruits students for the majors of medicine, dentistry, nursing, medical laboratory technology, and hospital administration with 3 combinations: B00 (math, chemistry, biology), A00 (math, physics, chemistry), and D08 (math, biology, English).
