Delegates visit the exhibition space

The event celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day; the 53rd anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Tri; the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Journalists Association.

The thematic exhibition "Vietnam's revolutionary press: A century of fighting and pride in Quang Tri press" introduces to the public more than 100 artifacts, images, and documents selected from the Vietnam Press Museum and many other valuable sources.

The exhibition focuses on the following topics: “Milestones 1928-2025”, “On the heroic land of fire”, “Unforgettable stories at the foot of the Citadel”, “The life-and-death battle along the Ben Hai River”, “Outstanding faces, pioneering pens”…

Artifacts at the thematic exhibition "Vietnamese revolutionary press: A century of fighting and pride in Quang Tri press"

These valuable artifacts, images and documents help journalists as well as cadres, party members and people of Quang Tri understand more deeply and be proud of the history, traditions and achievements of the Vietnamese revolutionary press, the revolutionary press of Quang Tri province and the great contributions of generations of journalist soldiers.

Quang Tri Province - the heroic land on the front line, always records the great contributions of the press in historical periods.

Over the past 97 years, since the birth of the newspaper "Phan Dau" in 1928, the revolutionary press of Quang Tri province has always accompanied the revolutionary struggles, holding an important position in the cause of building and protecting the country and the province.

The exhibition attracted the attention of many journalists, officials, party members and people of Quang Tri.

After the country's reunification, the press continued to accompany the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Tri province in the process of reconstruction, innovation and development.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Tri province, praised and congratulated the team of journalists in the area for their efforts and great achievements.

In particular, Quang Tri province highly appreciates the active and responsible contributions of those working in press direction and management and the Provincial Journalists Association who have excellently completed their tasks, contributing to improving the quality of journalism, uniting and promoting the strength of the province's press team.

Quang Tri Province Journalists Association presents gifts to relatives of 10 martyr journalists

On this occasion, the Quang Tri Provincial Journalists Association presented 10 gifts to relatives of 10 martyr journalists from Quang Tri; the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association presented 10 gifts to veteran journalists in Quang Tri province.
