The exhibition brings together 56 authors - who are typical faces, representing the student courses of the Faculty of Fine Arts Education - with 70 works, creating an artistic space of many materials and styles. Each author brings a unique emotional nuance, expressing his or her own style and perspective on life and art. Some of the names that are familiar to the domestic art-loving public include Nguyen The Long, Pham Ngoc My, Nguyen Minh (Minh Pho), Do Viet Khoi, Trinh Thi Thuan, Dinh Van Cong, Vuong Le My Hoc, Luu Bao Trung, Duong Tuan, Vu Muoi...
Not only are they artists, many of them are also lecturers and art researchers at universities, and are prominent figures who have won high prizes in national, regional and international exhibitions. According to artist Chu Anh Phuong - Head of the Faculty of Fine Arts Education, this exhibition is the crystallization of the school's unceasing tradition, nurtured by the enthusiasm of teachers and the tireless creativity of generations of students.
“The Flow” not only honors the training value of the school, but also contributes to affirming the role of fine arts in contemporary cultural life. The event opens up a space for artistic dialogue between the past - present - future, spreading the spirit of love for the profession and art to students studying today. The event is also a deep gratitude to the Vietnam University of Fine Arts - the cradle that has given wings to many generations of Vietnamese artists.
The exhibition "Flow" is open until August 10 at Art Space - 42 Yet Kieu, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi .
