(CLO) On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the first release of the series "Detective Conan", Kim Dong Publishing House will coordinate to organize the exhibition "30 years of memories - Detective Conan" on October 26 in Hanoi.


Previously, the exhibition took place in June 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam was the first country in the world to hold the exhibition outside of Japan.

The exhibition is an opportunity for fans of "Detective Conan" in Vietnam to return to their childhood memories, the world of solving crimes and searching for the truth with mysterious and fascinating simulated cases...

Started being serialized in Shogakukan's "Weekly Shonen Sunday" since January 1994, until now "Detective Conan" (Original: GoshoAoyama) marks the 30th anniversary of its birth, becoming a favorite series worldwide.

The series has over 1,100 chapters, published in 105 volumes. Manga adaptations are still regularly released to the public every year, including animation and 27 movies.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the development history and appeal of "Detective Conan" will be introduced to fans through rooms and areas arranged according to different themes based on the story's content.

These are areas displaying character statues, areas reviewing memorable “sayings” throughout the work, famous quotes revealing the characters’ thoughts and beliefs; a “special section” area that collects codes that have appeared in the works; an area focusing on the main characters standing in the shadows of “Detective Conan”; or an area dedicated to “Conan’s rival” - the super thief KaitoKid…

And especially the area called “Memory Room”, summarizing the 30-year journey of “Detective Conan”. Through a retrospective film, readers seem to step into a nostalgic space with many emotions, bringing a different and unique experience only available at this exhibition.

The exhibition also left an unforgettable impression with the special display area of ​​author Gosho Aoyama - which contains valuable early design documents of "Detective Conan".

In addition, there are many check-in photo spots using exclusive illustrations, display areas of items appearing in the series, exclusive, limited products for readers to visit, promising to bring many new experiences to the fan community of the shrunken detective.

The exhibition will also display a special gift from author Gosho Aoyama - a hand-drawn sketch by the author - as a greeting and thank you to all Conan fans in Vietnam.

Along with the launch of the new comic series about "Detective Conan" such as: Volume 103, Volume 104, regular and special edition; Kim Dong Publishing House also organized a series of events and launched new books such as: Fan meeting program "Detective Conan - The truth is only one" (in Ho Chi Minh City on October 6); announced the release plans: The first Artbook edition of Conan, Volume 105, regular and special edition, Color Animation series, Collections... and most especially the upgraded edition of "Detective Conan" with a new form, content edited and revised entirely...

The special exhibition about Detective Conan is expected to take place from October 26, 2024 to December 25, 2024 at Kim Dong Publishing House (55 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi).
