Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs announced the Prime Minister's Decision on granting the "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificate to 5 martyrs in Ho Chi Minh City.

The five names honored as martyrs are not their real names, but are the titles that their comrades gave them with all their respect. They fought bravely and fell on the Kenh Te River during the second phase of the Mau Than Spring 1968 general offensive and uprising. Because the five martyrs of the Le Thi Rieng female commando battalion have no relatives, the "Fatherland's gratitude" certificate will be placed solemnly at the city's Martyrs Cemetery.
