For other administrative agencies under the HCMC People's Committee, continue to perform their functions and tasks according to the provisions of law until the competent authority decides on the arrangement. The Management Boards of export processing zones - industrial zones; high-tech agriculture ... develop regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of their agencies in accordance with regulations and practice, and submit them to the HCMC People's Committee for consideration and decision.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the heads of public service units under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to proactively review and implement the arrangement according to the approved Master Plan. In which, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information coordinates with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, the Department of Home Affairs and related agencies and units to develop a project to arrange Ho Chi Minh City Television Station, Ho Chi Minh City People's Voice Station, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Radio and Television Station; arrange and streamline newspapers and magazines managed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
To ensure progress, heads of agencies and units urgently develop a project and send it to the Department of Home Affairs before July 21 for synthesis and consultation with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to submit to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
