On the morning of January 23, comrades: Bui Van Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, General Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Office; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province visited and presented Tet gifts to workers in Hai Duong.

132 workers working at Cong Hoa Industrial Park (Chi Linh) and 68 workers of Trung Kien Joint Stock Company (Kim Thanh) in difficult circumstances received gifts. Each gift was worth 1 million VND in cash and the gift was worth 300,000 VND.

After listening to the report on the activities and Tet care for workers in Hai Duong, General Secretary and Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of trade unions at all levels and Party committees, authorities and enterprises in Hai Duong in taking care of workers' lives in the context of many difficulties.

Comrade Bui Van Cuong also informed workers about the highlights of the activities of the National Assembly last year when it held 5 sessions in one year for the first time (2 regular sessions, 3 extraordinary sessions). Thereby, the National Assembly considered and approved many important contents that directly affected workers. In July 2023, the National Assembly Office coordinated with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize the first Labor Forum.

Emphasizing the important role of the working class in contributing to the socio-economic results of the past year, comrade Bui Van Cuong sent New Year greetings and hoped that workers and enterprises in Hai Duong province would continue to make more efforts and build a close relationship. In which, enterprises consider workers as valuable assets, and workers consider enterprises as home.

Cong Hoa Industrial Park (Chi Linh) currently has over 7,000 employees. In 2023, with its flexible and proactive approach to calling for investment, this industrial park has attracted many large corporations to invest; to date, it has attracted nearly 20 projects with a total registered investment capital of nearly 500 million USD, with an occupancy rate of over 85%.

Trung Kien Joint Stock Company (Kim Thanh) currently has 1,313 employees, with an average income of 7 million VND/person/month.
