Seminar on improving the quality and effectiveness of trade union activities in administrative agencies and public service units

On the afternoon of April 24, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union held a seminar on "Solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of trade union activities in administrative agencies and public service units".

At the seminar, delegates focused on discussing and identifying the current situation, difficulties and shortcomings of trade union activities in administrative agencies and public service units. At the same time, they proposed solutions in the fields of trade union activities such as: representing, protecting and caring for civil servants, public employees and workers; directing and operating trade union activities; launching emulation movements... Recommending and proposing to functional agencies, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, and the Provincial Labor Federation on improving the quality and effectiveness of trade union activities in administrative agencies and public service units.

The seminar was organized to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, civil servants and public employees of grassroots trade unions. From there, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union will synthesize the proposed opinions, solutions and good practices from trade unions at all levels to concretize them into the direction and management work, gradually improving the quality and effectiveness of trade union activities in administrative agencies and public service units, meeting the requirements of innovation, streamlining the organization of the political system, operating effectively and efficiently and implementing well the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Trade Union Congress.
