Rescue forces deployed to search for drowning victims.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police, Traffic Police (Provincial Police), Thai Binh Ward Police and the people deployed the search. The rescue force used rubber boats, specialized diving equipment... to find the victim.
At around 10:31 a.m. on May 3, the rescue team found the victim's body. At around 12:20 p.m., the victim's body was brought ashore and handed over to the authorities and family. The victim was identified as Tran Duy Tuyen (born in 1983), residing in Che Doc village, Lien Bao commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province, a tourist.
Currently, Hai Dang floating restaurant has temporarily stopped operating to serve the investigation of the authorities.
