Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive No. 05 in the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee has achieved positive and comprehensive results. At the summary conference, 24 collectives and 51 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

In his speech directing and concluding the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary commended, acknowledged and congratulated the achievements of all levels, sectors, collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho over the past 10 years.
